BEGLES GARONNE

The Bègles Garonne project is an opportunity to reconnect this piece of territory to the new Ars district to the north, to the city center of Bègles to the west and south and finally to the Garonne to the east. In this sense, the group based its proposal on the geography and history of the river as a structuring matrix. By placing the landscape at the center of its project, the group suggests creating a fine “seam” with the existing surrounding fabrics between reurbanized city, Béglais village and natural bordering territories.
